Due to substantial growth in the business we have created a new role for an Accounts All-rounder.You will report to the Credit Manager (the role involves an equal amount of time in both the Accounts Receivable area and the Accounts Payable area). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing our large customer accounts ie. calling customers regarding outstanding invoices – ‘soft collections’ environment.
- Processing customer credit applications.
- Reconciliations of customer accounts working with our sales, logistics and support groups.
- Processing of supplier invoices.
- Assisting with various types of supplier payments, and supporting the Accounts Payable leader.
ELECTROBOARD is a fast growing Audio Visual Company, operating through 12 branches throughout Australia, with its Head Office in St Leonards. We market the latest in Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment and provide products and services to Government, Corporate and SME customers.
To be the successful applicant, you will need to have:
- A minimum two years experience in accounts receivable / administration.
- Like a growing and changing environment.
- Have good communication skills in working with customers, suppliers, andinternal personnel.
- Be computer literate and preferably have experience in Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise system. Training will be provided.
- Want to be part of a motivated team, and be prepared to learn continuously.
Candidates with previous Accounts Receivable experience are likely to be viewed most favourably. Applicants who wish to work permanent part-time hours will be taken into consideration and are encouraged to apply. Salary is negotiable subject to your qualifications and experience. Our offices are located 200m from the St Leonards Train Station on the North Shore.
