Payroll Manager in Accounting Jobs

This ever successful leading media organisation are looking for a payroll professional to take the reins for this key position within their payroll team.

As Payroll Manager for the Australian operation, you will be working with a leading and pioneering organisation that is dedicated to creating a high performance culture.

To be successful in this role, you will have managed a payroll function for 1100 employees and have previous experience using the ADP payroll system. You will be competent to oversee the provision of payroll services and be a strong people manager with an ability to engage positively with both your team and internal/external stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this will be a challenging and exciting role.

To be suitable for this position you will need to have 5 years plus payroll experience, exposure to month end processes, and a broad knowledge of payroll legislations including taxation. In addition exposure to LAHFA / FBT will be highly regarded coupled with a large ERP system ideally ADP. It is key that your communication skills are impeccable and have the ability to lead and mentor a team.
