Senior Financial Accountant in Accounting Jobs

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your primary responsibility will be for the review and analysis of all general ledger postings and the preparation of financial statements.   Assisting with budgets, statutory accounts, tax returns will ensure that this broad role will hold your interest.  You will strive to ensure that efficient controls and processes are in place and that the company is in position to submitted timely and accurate financial reports as required. 

CA/ CPA qualified you will be systems savvy with advanced excel skills and an excellent working knowledge of PeopleSoft. As an experienced Financial Accountant you will be results orientation, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have the ability to work to strict deadlines.  Ideally you will have experience in an Asia Pacific accounting function and have exposure to US GAAP and SOX.  This role will initially be a contract position from 6-12 months with a potential permanent appointment.
